you can check it at 'sunrise tnt' website. The code you see in items can be verified for genuineity.
 
Still you think the item is not genuine you can directly check with the company.

How much time it take to ship?

Usually the item will be shipped on the day of receiving order if the order is made before 2 pm.

How fast is your shipping?

We use courier like DTDC, FEDEx, EcomExpress, Delhivery.
So in short our shipping service is quite fast.

What is return and exchange time?

You can any time made a return request in 7 days after the delivery.
In case of exchange, it might take time because we will ship the exchanged item once we get back the item you want to exchange.

Well on items such as Shoes - company would exchange the product in case the sole comes out. Other instances such as tearing will not be taken into account since that comes under wear and tear.
 
Racket comes under warranty only for manufacturing defects.
